MELD4AMR

Molecular Embedding via Low-Distortions for AMR (MELD4AMR) project focuses on developing methods to create machine-readable molecular representations that remain interpretable. This enables faster and more reliable analysis of therapeutic proteins relevant to antimicrobial resistance. By combining low-distortion dimensionality reduction with the iCAN framework, the project preserves key molecular relationships while making model outputs more transparent and biologically meaningful. This supports the discovery and screening of peptides and proteins with therapeutic potential, while also enabling scalable and privacy-conscious analysis for public health and biomedical applications.
