Research
“If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants.” – Isaac Newton
My main research thesis is that computer science methods will profoundly accelerate and enable progress in and understanding of human biology and medicine overall. In particular, I am interested in:
- Bioinformatics
- ML for omics problems
- Data visualization
